Local partners all over Germany
In the last few years, the Foundation has established a Germany-wide network comprising over 200 local partners. These local network partners offer early childhood education and care centres, after-school centres, and primary schools the opportunity to participate in the “Haus der kleinen Forscher” programme.
Who are the local network partners?
The local network partners include early childhood education and care providers, municipalities, youth welfare offices, chambers of industry and commerce, associations, businesses, and museums.
What tasks do the local network partners assume?
The Foundation’s local network partners help to build up local structures, thereby promoting the educational work of the Foundation and enabling teachers and educators to participate in the “Haus der kleinen Forscher” professional development programme. Each local network partner assumes financial responsibility for the network, without pursuing commercial interests. The network coordinator organises the local professional development workshops for the teachers and educators and assists the trainers who deliver the workshops. With creative activities, the local networks help to raise awareness about the “Haus der kleinen Forscher” programme, attract regional attention, and motivate people to get involved.
